2022 TDP Wellness Weekend

September 30, 2022

The safety of all attendees is our number one priority at every event.

YSC exists to serve a community that may be immunocompromised, so it is critical we all work together to ensure the health and safety of all attendees.

At this year’s TDP Weekend Wellness Retreat, attendees will be sharing hotel rooms, and your roommate could be someone you don’t know. Therefore, we are requiring that ALL attendees show proof of completion of  their COVID-19 vaccine series or a negative test result that is within 5 days of the event.

REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND RETREAT

  • All attendees will be required to present proof of completion for their COVID-19 vaccine series or a negative test result that is within 5 days of the retreat. Anyone that cannot provide this proof will be asked to leave to ensure the safety of all attendees.

  • Mask requirements will be updated on the Retreat website within 2 weeks of the event date based on CDC and New Jersey state requirements in effect at that time, as well as the discretion of YSC.

  • If you are having any symptoms, such as congestion, cough, fever, etc., please do not attend the event, even if you are vaccinated. We know how disappointing it would be to miss this, but the risks to the community are serious.

If You ARE Vaccinated: Proof of Completion of COVID-19 Vaccine Series

Bring your vaccine card, a photocopy, digital pass or photo on your phone to provide proof of vaccination. Take a photo on your phone so that you’ll have backup proof in case you leave your physical copy at home.

If you ARE NOT vaccinated:

All attendees who are not vaccinated must show proof of a negative test result that is within 5 days of the ride. While we prefer a negative PCR test, a negative antigen test will be accepted.

The YSC team is monitoring local and national public health recommendations closely and will endeavor to accommodate any changes that may occur. We recommend following both the CDC health guidelines and the guidelines of local health departments below.

Updates on COVID protocols will be posted on the retreat website and emailed to all attendees two weeks before the event date. All attendees will be required to sign a  COVID-19 WAIVER at registration.
